    Comfortable room, convenient location, with beach access and a refreshing infinity pool that enhanced our stay while being just 14 km from the nearest airport.

    I was happy with hotel's secure location close to airport. The room was amazing and spacious with climate control, TV and a mini fridge bar available❤😀

    Great Room but Cleanliness Needs Attention

    We had to request housekeeping multiple times. Make sure to check the amenities, especially the on-site dining options-they offered good fresh ceviche that was a highlight!

    We had an epic group vacation! Enjoyed table tennis and the evening entertainment was dope. The food options were great and our King Guest Room Resort View was super comfortable. Perfect.

    The check-in process was a bit slow, frustrating after a long trip. But overall, it didn't ruin our stay.

    The buffet was a feast for my taste buds! Fresh ceviche, tacos, and gobs of quesadillas every day. Plus, the kids' corner with pizza-making and face painting was a game-changer! And the staff at the yoga classes? Total gems!

    But, I gotta spill the tea-the service was hit or miss. Long wait times at breakfast, and the dining experience felt crowded and a bit chaotic. Not what I expected for a relaxing stay.

    The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are incredible. the staff is great. the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Cancun. It is in a gorgeous area. They have a great restaurant for lunch and dinner, which was a definite bonus.
